There is a clear manufacturing defect in the item
Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the condition.

Change of mind or taste after receipt
Products that were used or stored incorrectly

Send us your order number + photos showing the problem

Return or exchange will be coordinated with the shipping company
